1- There will be no discussion of prices between the service person if it is made, customer is only liable for any circumstances.

2- The client will have to provide the exact menu number of people and serving time, Company will provide the exact quantity of service and will not provide anything outside the job description .There will be violation in T&C, If client asked him/her to do anything outside the box.

3- OOnce the fixed time slot has been chosen then delivery of service will be delivered on that time, If any changes happens then client will have to tell us prior.

4- If client is absent and has not informed prior then there will be no booking refund will be given back.

5- For any changes client will have to inform before one day.

6- Client will have to provide each and every material which is given prior to him if any ingredients is absent then Chefs and company will not be responsible for taste of dishes.

7- We are providing each and everything regarding documents(ID, Police verification form, Address proof) of Service person(Chef and waiter) so for any loss and damage only service person will be responsible. Company will not be liable for any damage or loss.

8- Charges will be paid after completion of work if one violates this then one will be blacklisted and can never get back service again.

9- The client will have to maintain a working atmosphere and agrees that service person will not be harassed or harmed mentally or physically. If it is find then services will be interrupted.

10- All the charges and payments will be in only in favour of company.
